Karen is an Executive and Leadership Coach based in the Bay Area and Singapore. She works with clients to achieve successful leadership transitions, create new professional futures, build their personal brands and improve relationships that matter to them. While strongly focused on clients' goals and desired outcomes, Karen's coaching is not transactional: it aims at deep, personal transformation. Her coaching will help you take yourself out of the box, and see things in completely fresh ways. In turn, it requires your commitment to explore, learn and act.
An experienced leader in the Singapore Public Service, Karen is concurrently a Director in Singapore's Smart Nation team, which uses technology to improve the lives of Singaporeans. A globally sought-after speaker on topics at the intersection of technology, policy, and Government, Karen also holds an appointment as start-up advisor and Faculty at Singularity University, where she works with executives on how emerging technology will transform their organizations. She is also founder and editor of www.techandpublicgood.com, a community of writers who want to see technology utilized for maximum public benefit. Her articles have been re-published globally.
Currently based in the Bay Area, Karen spends significant time in the US and Singapore and has clients and engagements globally. She is wife to a Statistics PhD student @ Stanford, and mom to a toddler.
